Stairs Off Your Deck
Most standard builds include a deck, but not stairs. Our homes are built with you in mind, and you want access to your yard. Stairs off your deck are included.
Quality Components
Things like premium vinyl siding, premium roofing and premium laminate flooring are included in all of our builds. These are the parts of your home that take the most abuse and a quality product ensures that they will stand the test of time.
Windows
Premium vinyl windows can make a huge difference in fit, function and insulating value, and are included in every build.
Electrical
Some builders will include “code” wiring, and then charge upgrades for basic things like counter lighting and vanity lighting. We look at how you will use your space and the things that will make your life easier and include them in every build
Kitchens
We work directly with a local, family owned and operated custom kitchen supplier who do top quality work and include things like soft closure hardware and pull out pantry drawers, because you want your kitchen to be functional and so do we.

We offer a complete 1-year builders' warranty on all projects that we complete, and all new homes are enrolled in the Atlantic Home Warranty program, giving you up to 10 years of peace of mind coverage for your new home.
All of our projects are completed under the watchful eye of company owner Andrew Landry. With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Andrew has seen it all and knows how to do it right.
Although some aspects of a project have the potential to run over budget, we do everything we can to eliminate that risk. With job pricing and firm quotes from sub-trades, we ensure that any foreseeable costs are included in our pricing.
All changes requested by our clients are done in the form of a “Change Order,” which is submitted in writing by the client and reviewed and priced for client approval before the work is started, so that there are no surprises at the end.
